Yoga Holiday Paradiso at La Rejana Retreat is situated in a beautiful, private old cortijo between the ancient town of Frigiliana and Torrox which is famous for having the "best climate in Europe". La Rejana, being situated between the mountains of Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea, has magnificent views all around, offering quiet walks to enjoy. The tranquil and beautiful surroundings provide the perfect setting for yoga practice, relaxation and exploration of nature.
Classes are planned in order to energize and restore.The program includes balancing and health enhancing sequences which will help to increase vitality, circulation throughout the body and restore the calmness and clarity of the mind. The practice will guide you towards better awareness and understanding of the body.
